Encompass Properties is a fully integrated real estate investment and management company that was established in 2003 and founded by both Braiden and Brent Harvey. Entrenched and established in Winnipeg, Encompass Properties Invests in long term assets and development properties.
Our main goal has always been creating and maintaining long lasting relationships with all of our tenants and developing long term assets. A strong relationship between tenant and property Management has been critical to Encompass Properties success. We work to grow alongside our tenants and help them grow and thrive in Winnipeg.
